DESCRIPTION:As the City of Marshfield celebrates their 150-year anniversary\, Dairyfest 2022 will be “Lookin’ Back and Moovin’ Forward.” This will be the 41st annual festival\, a tradition the community looks forward to being a part of each year\, held in Marshfield\, Wisconsin the weekend after Memorial Day. \nHead to the Wenzel Family Plaza Thursday\, June 2 for the Kick-Off to Summer & Giveaways at 3:00pm! The ceremonial start of the water fountain along with a Vandehey Waters and Wisconsin Dells Giveaways! \nThis year\, Dairyfest kicks off Friday\, June 3 with the Dairyfest Breakfast being served to nearly 2\,000 people. The menu consists of a special scrambled egg\, complimented with hot coffee\, ice cold white or chocolate milk and much more. As attendees enter the breakfast located in the Expo Building at Central Wisconsin State Fairgrounds\, they are welcomed with festive music and familiar faces. Carry-out orders will be available for pre-orders only. The first 1\,000 attendees will get to take home a commemorative\, ceramic coffee mug. Later that day\, Picnic in the Park will be held back in Columbia Park. Pack your own picnic lunch or purchase food from several delicious food trucks and non-profit organizations. Children’s games and activities and the Marshfield Civic Band will also perform. Friday’s activities after the Dairyfest Breakfast kick off with Food Truck Friday at 11:00am in Columbia Park & Wenzel Plaza. Picnic in the Park at Columbia Park from 5:00-8:00pm with food trucks\, inflatables\, petting zoo\, coin & candy hunt\, educational games by Richfield 4-H\, Reis Martial Art\, Main Street Conservatory of Dance and Marshfield Civic Band. Friday Fun Night at Wenzel Family Plaza from 6:00-9:00pm with food trucks\, outdoor games and live music by The Heart Shaped Roosters (a tribute to Nirvana) at 6:00pm\, and Cullah at 7:00pm. \nSaturday’s activities are jam packed and begins with siblings Ashley McCauley and Jordan Wolf looking to reach new heights as they make a run for the World Record Book for tallest stilts! DESCRIPTION:Yes\, you read that correctly – The United Way will re-vamp their annual Wine Walk for by adding Beer to select locations this year! You will be able to chose to participate in either a wine route or a beer route.\nThe Downtown Wine & Beer Walk\, a fundraising event for Marshfield Area United Way\, is a unique event that offers participants the opportunity to explore downtown businesses while sampling various wines and cheese or beer and snacks. This fundraising event was created by a Leadership Marshfield group in 2016 and a Leadership Marshfield group from this year’s class is helping to grow the event! United Way is grateful for the many volunteers and community members who help support our organization.\nAll participants will receive a commemorative gift at registration! \n\nTickets will be available for purchase April 1st!\n\n$30 per ticket before May 1st. After May 1st\, they will increase to $35!\nAfter purchasing your ticket\, you will be notified where you will register for the event. Registration begins at 10:45.\n\nQuestions? DESCRIPTION:Hosted by the Marshfield Area United Way – tickets will be for sale starting April 1st!\n\nTickets will cost $35/participant.\nRegistration begins at 10:45am.\n\nNEW this year: Participants will receive an email with their starting location on Monday\, May 3rd. There will be a “shotgun start;” instead of two registration locations\, about a dozen of the wine stops will also serve a registration location to avoid a large gathering of people and help naturally spread out all participants. Additional safety precautions will be in place – participants must abide by and respect safety measurements in place at each location participating. \nYour ID will be checked at the time of registration where you will then receive your wristband\, sampling glass\, and navigation map!\nThe Wine Walk will be held rain or shine.
